Hormone Optimization

Hormone changes can affect energy, sleep, mood, weight, and libido. Your plan starts with a full evaluation and lab work, and your provider uses what she finds to decide whether hormone therapy fits you and what form makes sense.

Women’s Hormone Balance Program

For women in perimenopause, menopause, or anywhere along the way who are dealing with hot flashes, poor sleep, mood changes, low energy, or low libido. Your provider reviews your symptoms and labs, then talks through options such as estrogen, progesterone, and, when appropriate, low-dose testosterone.

Options

Daily topical creams or other prescribed forms, as appropriate: $249 per month

Members pay $149/month for Core Membership plus $75/month for hormone therapy.

Men’s Testosterone Program

For men with symptoms of low testosterone, such as fatigue, low drive, reduced strength, weight gain, or poor focus, confirmed by lab testing. If testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is right for you, your provider prescribes it after an evaluation and monitors it with regular labs.

Options

Testosterone cream (daily) or testosterone injections (weekly): $299 per month

Members pay $149/month for Core Membership plus $120/month for testosterone therapy.

What’s included in both programs

  • Review of your baseline and follow-up hormone labs (lab testing billed separately)

  • A plan based on your symptoms, history, and labs

  • Dose adjustments as your provider monitors your response

  • Regular provider visits and symptom tracking

  • Guidance on sleep, nutrition, and lifestyle factors that affect hormones

Your first step is a Foundation Consult. The $250 consult fee is waived when you enroll in a program.

How it works

  1. Book a free call. We’ll answer your questions and explain the options.

  2. Foundation Consult and labs. Your provider reviews your health history and hormone labs to decide whether treatment is right for you.

  3. Start your plan. You begin on the form and dose your provider recommends, with clear instructions.

  4. Ongoing monitoring. Follow-up labs and visits guide any adjustments over time.

Hormone therapy isn’t right for everyone. Eligibility and treatment are determined by your provider after an evaluation and lab work. Some hormone therapies are controlled substances and are prescribed only when medically appropriate. Compounded hormone preparations are not FDA-approved. Individual results vary.
