Medical Weight Loss
Medically supervised weight loss with GLP-1 medication, guided by a provider who knows your labs, your history, and your goals. Every plan starts with an evaluation, and your dose and pace are set for you, not from a template.
Semaglutide Program
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 medication that helps regulate appetite and blood sugar. It’s taken as a once-weekly injection, and your dose is increased gradually as your body adjusts.
$499 per month
A good fit for many patients starting GLP-1 treatment, including those who want a steady, gradual approach.
Members pay $149/month for Core Membership plus $299/month for semaglutide.
Tirzepatide Program
Tirzepatide works on two hormone pathways, GIP and GLP-1, which affect appetite and metabolism. It’s also a once-weekly injection, with your dose increased gradually over time.
$499–$599 per month, depending on your dose
Your provider will talk with you about whether tirzepatide or semaglutide fits your health history and goals.
Members pay $149/month for Core Membership plus $299–$399/month for tirzepatide.
What’s included in both programs
Your medication, prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy
Dose adjustments based on how you respond
Regular check-ins with your provider
Metabolic and thyroid lab review at baseline and every three months (lab testing billed separately through your insurance or at our cash rate)
Text support for questions and side effects between visits
Nutrition and lifestyle guidance
Gut health support, including help with digestive side effects and nutrition guidance for digestive health
Your first step is a Foundation Consult with baseline labs. The $250 consult fee is waived when you enroll in a program. Baseline labs are billed separately.
Thyroid and gut health are part of the plan
Weight is rarely just about appetite. Your thyroid affects your metabolism and energy, and your digestion affects how well you tolerate treatment. Your provider checks thyroid function with your labs, treats it when needed, and helps you manage digestive side effects so you can stay on track.
